Jasdeep: You are quire right about the non-people oriented corporate houses shooting the bread-butter of individuals under the name of ‘work life balance’, ‘economic slowdown’,'consolidation’, ‘business change’, ‘outsourcing/offshoring’. We all are commodities. Unfortunately most of us will do the same after assuming a similar role.

Wow, that was great, honest and far quicker than I had expected. By the way, I didn’t know you were not in that same job anymore. But Ikk gall dassan, it is always for our own good that these things happen. That helps one to move on, learn and grow. I m sure you understand it in a much better way than I do.
